After your application has been approved, you can enrol in the postgraduate programme. The enrolment procedure differs on whether you previously studied at KU Leuven or not:

• During the previous academic year, you were not a student at the KU Leuven or on one of its campuses.

If you did not study at the KU Leuven previously, you must enrol again through www.kuleuven.be/registration. You must enrol as a full-time student with a diploma contract. Next, head to the nearest campus and the student administration department to complete your enrolment.

• During the previous academic year, you were a student at the KU Leuven or on one of its campuses.

If you studied at the KU Leuven in the previous academic year (or at one of its campuses), you will receive an e-mail for your re-enrolment. You can use this to enrol through the KU Loket. You must enrol as a full-time student with a diploma contract.

(If you are still waiting for the results of your re-examinations, then you will probably only receive this e-mail for re-enrolment 48 hours after the publication of your results).
